001. The Originals
The very first CC, hosted in my home with my closest friends (the ones who always show up hungry and never say no to wine). Everything was served family-style, meant to be shared, passed around, and lingered over. We kicked things off with mortadella and sugarkiss melon (an elite combination), homemade ricotta, and my first official batch of ‘Romero’s Romesco’ (which I plan to bottle soon, so stay tuned). The table was full, the plates were licked clean, and the night felt like the beginning of something I’d been craving a long time.
