011. Mar e Monti
This edition of Craves Collective, Mar e Monti, was a collaboration with The Confused Italian… a menu rooted in the flavors we both return to most: Italian and Mediterranean dishes that feel fresh, vibrant, and comforting. Together, we brought our favorite techniques, ingredients, and nostalgic cravings to the table, building a lineup that flowed deliciously, from summer squash ricotta toasts with lemon and crispy wild mushroom arancini, to seared scallops over caramelized cauliflower purée with salsa verde, and braised short rib tortelloni (a labor of love). Dessert closed the night on a familiar note with the return of the Campari Grapefruit Sorbet alongside a Santa Teresa rum-infused tiramisu. The entire evening felt like a genuine blend of both our styles: thoughtful, seasonal cooking that celebrates the beauty of sharing a table.
