005. Spring Things
A sign of spring, and a table that bloomed with new faces and familiar cravings. This Craves Collective was a celebration of the season – citrus, herbs, and fresh produce sprinkled throughout the menu, from the first bite of salmon crudo, to the final forkful of lemon poppy seed Basque cheesecake with blueberry compote. An extra special compote I might add, where each blueberry was picked by hand in FL, a little love note folded into dessert.
