007. Breaking Bread

This special edition of Craves Collective x Façade celebrated the art of bringing people together. A true meeting of minds (and cravings). The menu pulled from both of our backgrounds: recipes passed down, flavors we return to again and again, and dishes that simply feel like home. Together we wove those stories into a bright, late-summer lineup: from scallop crudo in corn aguachile to rigatoni with mussels and aji amarillo, beer brined chicken thighs over Romero’s Romesco, and the epic Campari Grapefruit Sorbet. The night was collaborative at every step, blending two chef perspectives into one seamless, seasonal feast.
