008. Coastal Indulgence
This CC gathering was all about intimacy, flavor, and plenty of wine shared around the table. My menu was inspired by the seaside, and of course, Miami’s lobster season… Guests started with a tuna crudo brightened by a Castelvetrano pistachio yuzu relish, followed by sweet-salty bites of sourdough with mascarpone and balsamic jammy figs. The menu moved through seasonal plates: grilled baby zucchini with feta over my signature Romero’s Romesco, a crisp green goddess salad, and (the star of the show) pappardelle with lobster in cream sauce, topped with salmon roe. We ended the night with Tito’s tart, another Dish Craves favorite. The energy was cool and cozy, and by the end, everyone left full, and happy (and maybe just a little tipsy).
