009. Art Under the Stars

Set on my patio during a perfect Miami evening, this collab dinner with Vagabond Art celebrated food as art and art as atmosphere. Illuminated works lined the walls as guests gathered along a candlelit table layered with flowers and intention. The menu was warm and generous, perfect for a chilly evening. Maple butternut squash soup shooters, puff pastry tarts, chicken with romero’s romesco, pesto pasta, and a fresh salad - all wrapped up with a matcha cheesecake, a surprise live music performance, and midnight affogatos... you never know where a Craves Collective will go!
